The hotel had a great view from the rooftop bar and we enjoyed watching the sunset with a drink in hand. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast had a good variety of options to choose from.

The location of the hotel was a bit isolated and it was difficult to find places to eat or shop nearby. The room was quite small and outdated, with uncomfortable beds and a musty smell that lingered throughout the stay.

The hotel is well located with several restaurants that offer different varieties of cuisine. the traditional Japanese restaurant serves fresh fish from the pond, and the Tepanyaki restaurant provides excellent food. Rooms are clean and the bathroom has well-maintained facilities. Breakfast provides a wide selection of dishes with something for everyone.

The hotel does suffer from outdated decor which requires attention soon.

The restaurants offered delicious food, especially the traditional Japanese one. the chefs would catch fish from a nearby pond to serve to the customers, which was quite an experience. the Italian restaurant had a decent western style breakfast buffet with various options to choose from. the hotel was located in a quiet area, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. there were some nice leather couches in the Big Ben bar on the top floor, which were quite comfortable to relax on.

The hotel seemed outdated and in need of renovation. the double room was clean but the bed was too stiff and uncomfortable to sleep on.
